The Tactical Response Team trained on high angle rescue using the drill tower at Station 19.  Personnel were able to practice patient pickoffs from a balcony and out of a window of the drill tower.  Personnel also trained on descending to patients while inverted. Engineer/Paramedic Brian Rowe served as the instructor for the class.
