It has come to our attention that the VMUT button (purple top side button) will work on any talk group on the P25 zone. In the old zone it only worked on the Fire Page talk group. If you depress the VMUT button on the dispatch talk group you will not be able to hear any radio traffic. Please make sure that you do not depress the button while on the dispatch talk group. Some people in the past have used this button to clear an alert. Please use the bottom side button for this. Please pass this information on to others.
