Incident # 21-01278 - An Allendale woman lost her life and a 15 yr. old male was injured in a single vehicle, high speed MVC in the 500 block of Confederate Hwy. (SC Hwy 641) Friday evening 19-February. Another motorist reported the collision at 18:15 advising the driver was trapped and the injured teenager was walking near the car. Fire-Rescue units arrived several minutes later to find the 2004 Toyota Avalon against a tree with heavy damage. After the Coroner's Office completed their investigation, crews stabilized the vehicle, then used Holmatro Rescue Tools to remove the driver's side doors to free the patient.
