What is OpCon Level?

Colleton Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) is a group of volunteers that allocate resources to Colleton County citizens that have experienced adverse impacts as a result of economic or emergency hardships.  Colleton LTRG is made up of Colleton County citizens that help Colleton County citizens.

LTRG Mission Statement

The mission of the Colleton Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) is to provide resources which assist Colleton County community members adversely impacted during times of economic or emergency hardships, helping to assure an enhanced quality of life for all Colleton County residents.

LTRG meetings are held at 4:00 PM on the first Wednesday of every month.

Members include various local and state stakeholders such as medical facilities, state emergency management representatives, business and industry representatives, and local government and public safety officials.
