Station 9
responded to a man injured in a fall in the 200 block of Ohio Lane north
of Cottageville. The incident occurred around 15:40 when the man fell
approximately 35 feet from a tree. He was unconscious on arrival of
Medic 9. The Meducare helicopter was called to transport the man to the
Trauma Center at MUSC. He was flown from the new Cottageville Elementary
School.

9, Truck 12, Truck 111, Truck 16 and Battalion 1 responded. Captain Tim
Wojcik served as Incident Commander.
