The presentation is designed to show fire service personnel that firefighting is based on principles and practices no matter how big or how small your department. Firefighting comes down to a numbers games and is a process of matching the Incident Action Plan to the level of resources with which you have to work. Prioritization of incident needs and matching them with resources will be discussed. Mutual aid systems and expansion of incident capabilities also will be addressed.

Jeff is a 34 year veteran and former Firefighter of the year with the Cleveland Fire Department. He is also a volunteer firefighter and teaches with the Ohio Fire Academy; in the local community college system; at FDIC and is an author of several Fire Engineering articles.
