Stations 19 and 27 responded to a two vehicle MVC at the intersection of Robertson Blvd and Barracada Road, Saturday morning 10-April at 0831. Engine 19 arrived to find one over-turned SUV in the woods and a pick-up truck on the shoulder. The SUV suffered heavy damage and may have rolled more than once. Medic 27’s crew packaged an adult female and a 3 year old child from the SUV. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the pick-up truck denied transportation to the hospital. All patients were transported to Colleton Medical Center.

Engine 19, Medic 27 and Battalion 1 responded. Firefighter-Paramedic Sterling Wright, III served as Incident Commander.
