	St. 23 held it's annual Christmas Dinner and Firefighter of the Year presentation at Rizers Pork and Produce on Monday evening December 13. Represented at the dinner were all St 23 members as well as Bill Bowers our House of Representative for District 120. Representative Bowers spoke and thanked each member for what they do to help as volunteer firefighters. Firefighter of the Year award was presented by Capt Doug Mixson, Jr. to Lt. Chris Gooding.  Doug said, "Chris has went above and beyond in 2010 and has given selfeshly to help the people of Colleton County".
