05/05/2011 – “B” Shift – Mutual Aid Structure Fire

Incident # 11-02514 – Engine 18 and Tender 23 responded as mutual for Hampton County Fire-Rescue on a structure fire located at 9082 Bamberg Highway (US Hwy 601) south of the Colleton County line. Hampton County units were called to the scene of a well involved commercial structure that was used to make pottery. Tender 23 shuttled water for the firefighting operation, while other personnel assisted Hampton County crews. Units were on the scene for several hours.
