07/February/2014 – Jordan Eaddy

Friday evening brought a pleasant and unexpected visit from Jordan Eaddy. Around 18:50 we received a telephone call advising Jordan was stopping by to visit the staff at the ED. He was in town attending a fund raising dance at the armory for another cancer survivor. Stations 1, 19 and 26 hurried to the ED to greet him and Kaila. Jordan was recently discharged from Roper Hospital, ending a ten month stay at MUSC and Roper. He was doing very well and looked great. Steve Sanders got him in Medic 19, to get him back in the saddle so to speak. Then it was off to the ED for an emotional reunion with staff members. It was great to spend some time with Jordan outside of the hospital environment. We pray for his continued improvement.
