20/November/2014 – Structure Fire – “A” Shift Incident # 14-06793 – One large storage building was
destroyed and two others were damaged by a fire that occurred Thursday
evening 20-November. Fire-Rescue responded to 1033 Wisteria Drive at 22:07
and found one building well involved and a second partially involved. Crews
deployed two handlines to extinguish the fire. The nearby residence was not
damaged. The building contained a heavy fire load, resulting in extended
overhaul operations. Water supply was conducted using Tenders. Crews were on
the scene for two and half hours. Engine 6, Engine 13, Engine 27, Tender 1, Tender 2,
Tender 6, Tender 13, Tender 27, Medic 6, Medic 13, Brush 2, Battalion 1, Car
12 and Car 118 responded. Battalion Chief Scott Feather served as Incident
