21/May/2018 – EOC Training – “A” Shift 

Fire-Rescue personnel conducted one of two EOC Orientation training sessions for personnel involved in staffing the EOC during emergencies. Personnel from municipalities, the School District, Colleton Medical Center, SCDOT, DSS, DHEC, County Roads and Bridges, the Assessor’s Office and the State EMD attended. The functions in the EOC have been rearranged and new equipment added. Participants were introduced to the Incident Management Teams and ICS forms were reviewed. Gretchen Brit from State EMD was on hand as well. The orientation lasted approximately one hour. A second session will be held Tuesday 29-May at 11:00.
