12/October/2018 – Structure Fire – “A” Shift

Incident # 18-07104 – A double wide mobile home suffered heavy damage during a morning fire in the 100 block of Claudia Court in Jacksonboro, Friday 12-October at 08:58. Engine 2 reporting seeing a large column of black smoke when leaving the fire station located ½ mile away. Upon arrival, crews reported smoke and flames visible from the building. Firefighters deployed multiple handlines to combat the fire. The residence received substantial damage. No one was home when the fire occurred and not injuries were reported. Fire units were on the scene for 3 hours. The cause is under investigation.

Engine 2, Engine 6, Engine 9, Tender 2, Tender 6, Tender 9, Medic 6, Medic 9 and Battalion 1 responded. Battalion Chief Scott O’Quinn served as Incident Commander.
