Fire-Rescue continued its Bleeding Control (BCON) training in conjunction with the Colleton County School District. Training was conducted at Colleton County High School on the afternoon of November 8, 2018. Over 75 teachers, administrators, and staff participated in the training and learned basic bleeding control techniques. Fire-Rescue continues to commend the Colleton County School District Superintendent Dr. Franklin Foster, Ms. Denya Dingle, RN and Mr. Michael Thomas on their proactive approach to this hazard and for preparing Colleton schools to better protect our community's children.
