02/January/2019 – Bleeding Control Training

Fire-Rescue continued training educators in Bleeding Control (BCON) and protective measures during a seminar at Colleton Prep Tuesday morning 02-January. The training session was held in the library at CPA and was conducted by Deputy Chief Greene, Asst. Chief Stallings, Battalion Chief Dalton and Capt. Janet Laney. Over 40 teachers, administrators, and staff participated in the training and learned basic bleeding control techniques. Fire-Rescue placed several B-Con Kits at locations in the school.
