06/August/2019 – Shooting Incident – “B” Shift

Incident # 19-05432 – An adult male was fatally shot at a residence located in the 700 block of Francis Street Tuesday afternoon 06-August at 11:35. A Deputy was in the area and chased the vehicle to a nearby subdivision where the suspects ran from officers. Two suspects were later apprehended by the Sheriff’s Office. The victim was an adult male who had no signs of life when Firefighter-Paramedics arrived. The Coroner’s Office was notified and responded to the scene. The Sheriff’s Office and SLED are investigating the incident.

Engine 19, Medic 1, Battalion 1, Car 105 and Car 112 responded. Deputy Chief David Greene served as Incident Commander.
