physicals and a calendar below the instructions.
The calendar lists the date and times for blood draws and the location of the physicals. Keep in mind, that the blood draws do NOT require an appointment, just show up at the location during the times listed on the calendar.
Physicals DO REQUIRE an appointment. You must sign up for your appointment by February 28, 2021.

Clearance forms filled out
by your physician must be
returned to headquarters by
April 15th, 2021.
