04/May/2021 - Vehicle - Structure Fire - "C" Shift

Incident # 21-03132 - Engine 19 was dispatched to a vehicle fire at 536 Harbour Ct at 14:19, Tuesday afternoon 04-May. On arrival, Firefighters found a Ford pickup truck well involved and the fire had extended to a single wide mobile home. The incident was upgraded to a structure fire while crews deployed two hand lines to the building. The exterior fire on the mobile home was quickly knocked down, saving the structure. The fire had melted about half of the vinyl siding on the front of the mobile home, broken one window causing light damage to the interior and some damage under the building. Crews had the vehicle fire knocked down in less than 10 minutes. Firefighters were on the scene for an hour. The pickup truck was destroyed, but the home suffered moderate damage. 

Engine 19, Engine 26, Tender 1, Tender 5, Tender 19, Tender 26, Medic 19, Medic 26, Battalion 1 and Car 118 responded. Battalion Chief Chris Jones served as Incident Commander.
