Incident # 21-06880 - An adult male was found unresponsive in the median in the 13000 block of ACE Basin Parkway (US Hwy. 17) Wednesday afternoon 22-September. At 15:02 a passing motorist saw the body about halfway between Green Pond and Jacksonboro. The motorist notified 9-1-1 and remained on the scene. Fire-Rescue units stationed in Green Pond arrived minutes later and found the man was deceased. Evidence at the scene indicated he may have been struck by a yellow car. Anyone with information regarding the accident is urged to contact the SC Highway Patrol.
