Incident # 22-01672 - An adult male suffered multiple traumatic injuries after his motorcycle struck a downed tree in the 500 block of Mewville Rd south of Hendersonville, Thursday afternoon 03-March at 17:34. The man was found lying in the roadway. Firefighter-Paramedics treated the man at the scene and requested a medical helicopter to fly him to a Trauma Center. CARE Flight responded, landing in the baseball field on Black Creek Road. The patient was transferred to the Flight Crew without incident. The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
Engine 8, Medic 13 and Battalion 1 responded. Battalion Captain Loius Guess served as Incident Commander.
