Incident # 22-01742 - An outdoor storage building was destroyed and several acres of woods and brush burned in an afternoon fire in the 400 block of Peirce Rd in the Town of Cottageville at15:36 on Saturday 05-March. Engine 9 arrived to find the storage building fully involved and it collapsed shortly after arrival. Firefighters were able to keep the grass fire from reaching a nearby home. A wooden fence was also damaged.
Engine 9, Tender 9, Brush 9 and Battalion 1 responded.
