Incident # 22-03087 - A 13 yr old male perished and his 11 yr old sister was flown to a Trauma Center following a single vehicle accident on Ruffin Road at Big Hill Road Sunday afternoon 24-April at 13:04. The eastbound Chevrolet pickup truck dropped off of the right hand shoulder, over corrected and flipped over several times.
