Incident # 23-01001 - An adult male received a non-life threatening gunshot wound Tuesday evening 07-February. The incident was reported at 19:29 in the 200 block of Wilkey Street. Someone reportedly fired several shots into a residence striking the man. He was treated at the scene by Firefighter-Paramedics, then transported to Colleton Medical Center by Fire-Rescue. The Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident. County Councilman Phillip Taylor also responded to the scene.
Engine 1, Medic 1, Battalion 1 and Car 111 responded. Battalion Chief Brent Dalton served as Incident Commander.
