Incident # 23-05445 - An adult male received a gunshot wound to the leg during an altercation in the 100 block of Ross Ave Monday morning 24-July. 9-1-1 received reports of the incident at 03:33. Sheriff's Deputies secured the scene and the man was treated at the scene by Firefighter-Paramedics. He was transported to the Trauma Center at Trident Medical Center by Fire-Rescue Medic 19. The incident is being investigated by the Colleton County Sheriff's Office.
Engine 19, Medic 19, Battalion 1 and Car 111 responded. Firefighter-Paramedic Daniel Barb served as Incident Commander.
