Incident # 24-00417 - Two juveniles were injured in a drive-by shooting incident in the 200 block of Able Street Sunday morning 14-January at 02:27. The mobile home was shot several times with rounds entering the living space. A 14 year old male and a 16 year old male were both indoors and struck in the legs. Fortunately neither suffered a life threatening injury. Sheriff's Deputies cleared the scene, then Firefighter-Paramedics treated both patients at the home. They were transported to Colleton Medical Center for further care. The Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident. On 27-October, an adult male was fatally shot across the street from this residence.
Engine 19, Medic 1, Medic 19, Battalion 1 and Car 111 responded. Battalion Chief Chris Jones served as Incident Commander.
