Colleton County Fire-Rescue

	On November 15th and 16th, 2024, 26 members from within Colleton County Fire-Rescue attended a one day in-house Live Fire Staff Train the Trainer Program led by our Training Division. This class meets the National Standards and consisted of a classroom session, field exercises and covered the different potions required to be staffed by the standard to conduct Live Fire Training. All members participated in a live fire demonstration of the fuel package. Live fire training allows the firefighter to train, under a controlled environment, that deals with real fire and smoke. Participants on 15-November included, Battalion Chief Joey Campbell, Battalion Chief Chris Jones, Battalion Chief Brent Dalton, FF/EMT Jeremy Womble, Battalion Chief Mikey Banks, FF/Paramedic Angie Stewart, FF/EMT Josh Blasko, FF/Paramedic Cody Hutto, Captain Mike Duffy, Captain Alex Koontz, Captain Roger Johnston, FF Dewayne Jacques, Jr. FF/Paramedic Adam Bishop and FF/EMT Roger Sullivan Participants on 16-November included, Lieutenant Steve Pelton, Lieutenant Darran Vaughn, FF/Paramedic Charlie Jones, Captain Mike Rohaus, FF/EMT Chris Sarine, Lieutenant Shane Weber, Lieutenant Ray DeLonge, FF/Paramedic Jason Fenstermaker, FF/EMT John Gombar.  Lead instructor Battalion Chief Scott Feather.
