Colleton County Fire-Rescue

On November 15th and 16th, 2024, 26 members from within Colleton County Fire-Rescue attended a one day in-house Live Fire Staff Train the Trainer Program led by our Training Division. This class meets the National Standards and consisted of a classroom session, field exercises and covered the different potions required to be staffed by the standard to conduct Live Fire Training. All members participated in a live fire demonstration of the fuel package. Live fire training allows the firefighter to train, under a controlled environment, that deals with real fire and smoke.
