Incident # 25-01864 - An adult male was transported to the Trauma Center at Trident Medical Center following a high speed MVC on I-95 near the 41 mile marker southbound Wednesday morning 05-March at 04:20. The southbound semi-truck left the roadway and entered the median where it struck several trees. The cab was torn from the frame and overturned. The driver suffered multiple injuries. He was treated at the scene by Firefighter-Paramedics prior to transport. The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the MVC.
Engine 1 and Medic 13 responded. Captain Joseph Holmes served as incident Commander.
