Incident # 26-00690 - At 21:50, Sunday evening 25-Jan, several callers to 9-1-1 report flames coming from the windows of a residence in the 200 block of LaDolce Ave north of Cottageville. Engine 9 arrived to find the single wide mobile home approximately 50% involved. Firefighter-Paramedics deployed three handlines and entered the structure through the front door. They had the fire knocked down within 15 minutes, but worked over a couple hours performing overhaul. No one was at home when the fire occurred. The home was received heavy damage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
